IICRC certified inspectors and technicians thoroughly inspect each facet of the home, carefully noting any area of concern as it relates to existing mold, water intrusion, open windows, visible leaks, foundation cracks, sump pump failure, and excess moisture.
In the event existing mold is discovered, a detailed proposal for remediation including full protocol is submitted for approval.
Meticulous HEPA vacuuming is essential to the proper application of MPI Antimicrobial. Mold Solutions technicians are trained to search for areas where sawdust and other minor particles would otherwise go unnoticed.
The use of HEPA vacuums minimizes the transference of collected particles. Special attention is given to all exterior wall cavities under any opening where water intrusion could occur.
All windows, doors, shower stalls, bathtubs or other areas where an antimicrobial could adversely affect the “finish” are meticulously protected with poly. This painstaking process ensures that our MPI Antimicrobial treatment will in no way affect any shiny surface or permanently seal in dirt, fingerprints or other unwanted marks.
Our IICRC certified technicians are thoroughly trained in the art of applying antimicrobials. Areas where water intrusion might be a factor, such as cavities beneath windows, bathrooms, under sinks, doorways, basements, etc. receive special treatment.
Our certified applicators are trained in the use of electrostatic sprayers that add an electrostatic charge to the MPI Antimicrobial as it passes through the nozzle. The positively charged material then wraps around and evenly coats everything we spray.
A thorough post completion inspection is conducted to ensure there was a complete application of antimicrobials. Our certified technicians then remove all poly/tape, warning signs, and any other equipment or materials they brought to the job site. Upon receiving the final payment, a 25 year warranty certificate is delivered to the builder.
All affected areas are then treated with MPI Antimicrobial. This water-based, non-toxic, non-leaching, non-VOC emitting product is so effective at preventing the return of mold, that once it is applied, we back our work with a 10-year warranty!
