Qualifications for Consideration of Position:
IICRC WRT or higher certifications are preferred but not required, we can train the right candidate and certification can follow.

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced ever changing day-to-day operation. Hours will vary based on the scope of each job. Some jobs require the use of a respirator or work in tight spaces with wet building materials. Job duties require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, pass a respirator fit test, and pass a pulmonary function test.
Extras
We offer competitive starting pay of $16.00-20.00 per hour (based on experience) with occasional OT. Health care options are available after a period of 90 days as well as 401k and growth opportunities within the company.

Mold Remediation work consists of setting up containment, demolition/removal of damaged/moldy materials as needed, application of sanitizing products in residential and commercial properties. Answering client questions/concerns. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment changing day to day with job variations, capable to handle small hand power tools, able to lift at times up to 50 pounds. Some jobs require working in small spaces. Must be able to wear a respirator. Being dependable and able to take direction and work as part of a team on a professional level.
